Mirror Lake, Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough New Zealand 2010.  Bright and clear, scent of grapefruit ad zippy tangerine.  Charming silky texture and good thread of acidity, nicely dry £5.45 £4.15 £20.95
Picpoul de Pinet, Domaine Felines Jourdan France 2010.  There is something very worthy yet dangerous about being a grape variety that only grows in one very specific region.  Picpoul is one such and being grown in Pinet gives its name to both the wine and the appellation - Piquepoul translates as 'stinging lip' - and is the perfect partner to the local Bouziques oysters     £23.00

Gavi di Gavi Camporosso Italy 2009.  It is here that Camporosso produce their classic example from hand picked Cortese grapes, Pale straw yellow with green hints and with aromas of golden apple, green almonds and chamomile flowers.  Full bodied yet refreshing on the palate, with notes of green fruit and a strong mineral core, supported by good acidity and a persistant finish

The Last Stand Shiraz, McLaren Vale Australia 2008.  This Shiraz is sourced from McLaren Vale, from the coolers Seavie and Kangarilla districts under the Southern Mount Lofty Ranges which are noted for producing some of Australias finest Shiraz     £21.00
Napa Cellars Merlot, Napa Valley California USA 2008.  The majority of the Napa Cellars Merlot blend hails from these cooler regions in Napa Valley, such as Oak Knoll and Carneros.  The wine is classic Napa Valley Merlot with a deep ruby-red colour; aromas of tart red cherry with hints of black tea and cinnamon-vanilla spice join the supple tannins on the palate     £27.00

Chateau Moulin de Curat, St Emilion Bordeau 2005.  The chateau's blend is predominantly Merlot, and this is reflected in the plantings- 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc and a mere 5% Caberenet Sauvignon.  The soil is heavily clay-based with little limestone and works particularly well with the majority Merlot grape.  Average age of vines is 26 years old.     £31.00
Beaune 1er Cru, Louis Jadot Burgundy 2007.  This premier Crus is an elegant wine, quite full in body with red and black fruit aromas and spices.  It has a mellow texture with good tannins which will help it to age well     £40.00
